Why do you have a problem with the teacher?
If there is a real problem, you may need to go to your guidance counselor. Otherwise, I suggest you suck it up and live with it.
There are worse things that will happen to you in this life. And, as my parents told me, part of growing up is learning to work and live with people you don't like.

Don't look at her, just listen to her. You're there to learn, not to judge your teacher's looks. Are you so beautiful that you can afford to be snotty towards someone with a much better education than yours?

What do you do when you get a job, then find out you can't stand looking at the boss? What do you do when you get run over by semi truck, but you can't stand looking at your doctor? What do you do when you go to collect your Lotto winnings, but can't stand to look at the guy with the check?

Don't judge a book by its cover! Go out of your way to get to know her better, you'll be glad you did. I'm sure of it. Try real hard to be closer to her. What is it about her that bothers you? Perhaps she is a lot like yourself?
