People in other countried eat grubs and other insects, worms pretty much eat dirt, so that's what it'll taste like. In fifth grade one of the guys in my class was dared to eat one...he did and he's still alive so if that tells you anything! =)

yeah, well some worms. people in .. i forgot what places eat worms all the time. good source of nutrition! (sometimes)

Not for the worm, it isnt.
...and as long as you arent eating tapeworms or any other intestinal parasites, you should be okay.

If it's an earthworm yeah but it will only taste like dirt because that is what they eat.
