tomatoes, low-fat yogurt, rice cakes, to-fu, salad, anything that doesn't taste good!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Raw veggies. The cellulose sequesters the carbs and your body can't use them. Cooking breaks down the cellulose and therefore more calories are available for the body to use. I thought this was an interesting fact.

Rice cakes,fresh veggies,fish or chicken(baked)without toppings,fresh fruit Some things in store are "suppose" to be low calorie,do some label reading and good luck to you

Stauffer's Animal Crackers, Original is lowest in calories and fat, but Chocolate is still low, and satisfies a chocolate craving without guilt!
