Does she have to remove her veil so you can look at her face, even if her Religion strictly forbids it? Serious Q in view of the many Muslims who are living in America. How is this handled & is this our new nightmare?

From a pure law enforcement standpoint, it's not a problem. The subject would be required to remove the veil momentarily for identification purposes, and then be allowed to re-cover her face. If a female officer is readily available, then they can be requested to handle the identification. We don't allow this to cause a significant delay in an incident. Honestly, it's not that big a problem in my area, not yet anyhow.

Veils can be removed temporarily for inspection purposes and is not a justification to prevent enforcement of a law.

Great question! Yeah, they should remove that vail to get a person's true identity. I am sure Mohammed won't care, as he is just a con artist.
