Specifically, I am looking to buy rabbit, whole if possible. I am looking either for an online source, or a store in Tucson, AZ. Thanks

Try a meat market, or someplace like Central Market or Whole Foods, gourmet shops, and the like.

(Hint: if you opt to hunt for the critter, wild rabbit's only fit after the first hard freeze. Anyone who's ever hunted rabbits knows that.)

Sorry,I live in England, but was surprised to learn rabbit meat is hard to find. Have you tried phoning butchers shops and supermarkets? We can even buy meat such as kangaroo and croc'.....not that I have !

I would guess like places that are known for only organic fruits and vegetables and like specialty market places like where "hippies" would buy their food. I see like Bison and all types of crazy meat at the Merc.

Do you live near an Amish town? I've heard that you can usually buy meats like that in their butcher shops.

Just go out and shoot one like I do. Be sure to skin and clean it before you eat it!
