No, it is not wrong to ask a lady that. I mean their is freedom of speech; however, their could be some drawbacks. Her boyfriend for instance might want to beat your face in; she might spray you with mace and scream rape. And I can only imagine how creepy you are in reality, but everyone would believe her and you woud go to some jail, and a guy might come up to you and invite you to perform oral sex on him. Well I guess in a roundabout way you would get your wish.
