there are many things that can help, but only a few you should consider:

1. If you're really set on getting her taller, it can be easy: a little less candy, a little more vegetables. You don't have to change her regular diet completely, but just add some more healthy greens to her daily meals and you wil definitely see results!

2. Again, if her height concerns you, swimming wil definitely help. Swimming stretches muscles in a healthy way and has good results. Besides it being good for your heart and a nice sport, she'll be stronger and yes, taller.

3. Go to the doctor. It may seem pointless and time consuming, but if you do get a chance to go, ask the doctor about her height issues. i doubt its a growth problem, but its porbably just late blooming.

Medicin is not the answer! putting a young child on drugs has many side effects and isnt healthy at all!

overral it shouldn't be a problem. hope i helped and relax! :-)

Seems have a big turn in a person's life. The external form of a person is ideal in the eyes of the planet when every feature is assembled in flawlessness or very nearly there. Of all of them, height represents an important role.

Don't structure her life by forcing her to participate in an exercise program and special diet. You are obsessing about this and controlling your child's every waking moment is really bad for your child's welfare. She will develop behavioral problems if you are too controlling,

Children grow taller in countries where they have a good diet with plenty of fresh air and good healthy food to eat. Make sure she gets fresh air and plays so she can work up an appetite and make sure you provide healthy meals for her.

Make sure you take her in for regular medical check ups because sometimes there is an interruption in a child's ability to produce growth hormone and they stop growing. If that happens, a doctor will want to closely monitor her progress and can prescribe growth hormones for her.

And remember, you can't control her genetics at this stage of the game. She may be destined to be a petite person, and there is nothing wrong with that.

There really is nothing you can do to make her tall. I don't really think giving medications to her at that age is a good idea. Although vitamins are okay and a healthy way to start
and make sure she is getting enough whole milk as recommended children at that age a
their bone mass is still not completely developed yet. Lots of whole milk, water, healthy
eating, and love that's all you can do. You cannot change genetics.

Let her grow naturally. Make sure she has a balanced diet, full of fresh fruit, vegetables and milk. cut out the sweets and the junk/fast food and she will grow as healthy and tall as her body will be capable of.

You can force them to grow more. She's not a pot plant.

You can not change the height of a person no matter what you try to do. Please do not tell me that you have been giving this child medication to try and get her taller. She is who she is and don't try and change her. Have her sit straight and stand straight and that will keep her at her tallest.

You, my friend, are a moron. You have many more important things to worry about when raising a child.

Seriously.... You are a perfect example of what is wrong with this extraordinarily superficial, dumbed down society.
