My computer got a spyware virus on it and i'm looking for help to get rid of it. If either i could do it my self or a free program that could get it off for me cause this suxs!

Try the new yahoo toolbar it has nortonspyware scanner(the best) and is free. Just go to yahoo.com and download the new yahootoolbar free! You can also download windows defender beta free not as good as norton but ok. Good luck...oh and spybotsearch and destroy,also cool.

I downloaded the Yahoo toolbar and it added Norton Anti Virus, which is the best that I know of, and it also added Ad-Aware which is great because it can clean up anything attached to a website. You can also get that at: www.lavasoft.com. However when I downloaded the Yahoo toolbar I kept getting online crashes so I had to uninstall the toolbar. But the virus protection stuff stayed on. Hope this helps. I noticed that someone wrote a book for you already though with much more information!
