Here are two of my favorite salads I will share with you. I use Romaine lettuce and take chicken breasts that I fried the previous night. I wash the chicken cutlets well, dry them season with salt, cracked black pepper, a little Emeril's seasoning and fry in hot oil in a fry pan. When you are ready to prepare salad cut chicken into strips place atop the Romaine lettuce, put some Caesar Salad dressing on top a little parmesan cheese and Viola! you have a Chicken Caesar Salad. The next salad can be made with Romaine lettuce also, but instead of using chicken, use cold London Broil sliced thin, place thin strips of London broil atop the lettuce, cut a tomato and put Wish Bone Robusto salad dressing over it. UUMMM!! This is delicious cold. One more variation is to take Romaine, or mixed mesclan greens, dried cranberries, apples (tart ones such as Fiji apples), some raisins, and toasted walnuts. This is a great fall salad. I hope you enjoy these salad variations. If you area taking these to the workplace, put the dressing in a container and put dressing on when ready to eat. Enjoy!

fresh brocoli florettes
cherry tomatoes
carrots
radishes
walnuts
pecans
crutons
bacon
There are lots of things that you can toss in with lettuce to make a great salad.

I like taco salad: I mix in with the lettuce diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, kidney beans, Doritos taco flavor chips - crushed into small pieces, and some Wishbone Italian dressing (to taste). You can also add in diced onions if you like.

Mix it all up and it is yummy!! The kidney beans give you some protein & it is very flavorful!
