First of all, throw the shell out!! Secondly, crack eggs into a bowl, season with salt & pepper, then add a dash of milk or cream & stir with wisk or fork.....Stir constantly while cooking & don't cook on too high heat - they will be rubbery.....

hahaha@grinding the shells up enough. I will take the time to post a serious answer just in case someone would like to know how to make nice, fluffy scrambled eggs. I warm up the skillet to medium heat adding a teaspoon of butter in the pan. When the butter is melted I crack a couple of eggs(being careful not to add any of the shell) and add about two tablespoons of milk. Whisk together and cook, stirring the whole time the eggs are cooking. When eggs are no longer runny they'll be nice and fluffy:)

it could be you are grinding them to much, you always want to shells to be as whole as possible, you wont get all the crunchyness

Hi!
Adding a little bit of milk will make them fluffier...
But don't add the shell anymore... remember where that egg shell has been... or should I say... has come out of...
:)
Best Wishes...
T.

You said it! but you don't get it!
Doesn't matter how long you grinding the shell, it you put it into your egg, you will have crunch egg.
I only hope you were joking.
