Look at the nutritional info on the box. I think some of them are high in fat.

Any granola is good for you when you're dieting, but with all of the extra ingredients that goes into granola bars isn't good for you. Try going down the health food aisle in your grocery store and there may be a healthier alternative, as far as a healthier granola.
