a douche is a bottle of liquid and a tube that is inserted into the vagina to cleanse it. The liquid is often just vinegar and water, sometimes with a scent added.
The practice of douching is not as common as it once was because the vagina naturally cleans itself and douching too much can cause problems too...

Douche is a "cleanser" that women used to use to clean out infections that develop in the vaginal area (i.e. yeast infections), but it is stupid and REALLY bad for you! Don't douche!
