Probably the best way to move things along is to talk to him about what you want and don't want. You can do it very softly and during sometime that you are close. Just tell him where you would like things to go and where you don't want them to go. If you do by actions you might not be able to limit the activities. Whatever you do be careful. You are very young and don't need to add complications to your life.

me too. I am not a virgin but i told myself NO MORE SEX. right now my new boyfriend are taking it slow. i made it clear to him that I really want to build a relationship first,.I want to be in love . he said that he was tired of playing games and he would really like to not rush anything. he was very understanding.so i make it a point of always doing something fun on dates. and it has been great. we have been going out for 2 months and we just hold hands and hug . It makes him respect me more and we are falling in love!

just take your time and please don't try to force him. if you can't handle him moving too slow re evaluate your realtionship andif you want to continue on go ahead but if you are not happy with the pace move on. but you should be happy you don't have someone trying to get into your pants,at least you know he likes you for you.
