I have a new baby too. Congrats! My daughter Liliana will be 3 months in a week. Anyway, Here are some ideas that are very fast. 1 large can french's french fried onions (crushed in a ziploc bag) 2 boneless chicken breasts 1 egg beaten Dip the chicken in the egg, then in the crushed onions. Bake on 350 for 25 minutes. You can serve these with canned alfredo over pasta....for you get the Dreamfields brand pasta. Its very high in fiber and has a low glycemic index. Then buy those frozen veggies in the steam bags...they are the blue bags. Dinner will be done quickly. You could also make pot roast. BBQ pulled pork sandwiches in the crock pot with already made potato salad. Grilled chicken salads Chicken or steak fajitas...then the leftovers could be quesadillas the next day

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMCwn
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Try french dips. So easy and quick. Also, try throwing sausage, like keilbasa, onions, and bell peppers in a pan for 8 minutes or so. Serve over minute rice or with 5 minute cous cous.

Saute a pound of ground beef with some onions. Add it to either rice or pasta. Then use your favorite spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, green peppers, etc. Anything you like in spaghetti sauce or Spanish rice. Season it with your favorite seasonings. Then just before serving, add a hunk of cheese and melt it in the casserole. You have a wonderful goulash. Happy eating.
