When I was younger it worked great. I would pleasure myself in the morning (before noon) and when I got some that night, I could hold out a long time. No premature ejaculation.

I think what helps really is an understanding partner
talk about the issue and plan how you would like you sex to be
this is much better than trying a phisical stratergy also give you self time together and allow each other to make mistakes pun not intended! but it will come in the end.
sex is about exploration as much as an orgasm

Not necessarily...at least in my case. It's a matter of timing yourself with your partner. True, there have been times when I finished before her and the other way around. But most times, we came together. It takes practice and knowing each other really well. That's all I can tell you. Different strokes (no pun intended) for different folks.

yes i can help you pevent premature ejaculation..but it can also lead to being unable to ejaculate,, few times a week is fine,, also use lotion and sometimes no lube it helps...so i hear :)
