Not necessarily. Try moving your hand around, it may have just been positioned so long in one position, the feeling is numb.

Not necessarily but you can't rule out heart conditions (contrary to popular belief, the left side is only typically an indicator of heart conditions but not always). You also cannot rule out Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, various nerve disorders, circulatory issues, etc. You should discuss this with your physician.

A heart attack would start on your left side. You probably just need to use your left hand for a while in the evening. I know you are used to your right, but just use some hand cream, put on some Berry White, and relax. You'll get used to your left hand and give your right one a well deserved rest. Hang in there, Lefty! ;o)

Heart trouble usually causes chest pain spreading to the jaw and left arm.

Consider going to the emergency department now if you are worried or if you are getting any chest pains.

Carpal tunnel syndrome is very likely. Most people use their right hand for a computer mouse and if you are on the computer a lot that could be the cause. Not serious.

The left side determines the possibility of heart trouble, so you're ok.

It is a sign of nerve damage. Pain in the left side is more related to heart problems.
