You can get a flush without the irritating reddening and itching of the skin that comes with taking niacin, by taking niacinimide. It will do the same but has been neutralized against the capillary activity that creates the flush commonly associated with niacin.
On the other hand, if you really need to add this to clear drugs pay some more money and add from a great healthfoodstore, DMG. DiMEthylglycolates are tiny tablets, only take one or two aday that help cleanse the fat cells which contain water and thereby whatever illicit substances you have been taking. Just place on tongue and let melt.
Take C with ROsehips while taking all these others and calcium but avoid B vitamins for the moment. Only will help retain water in fat cells. Take some Vitamin A, as well.

Depends on the type of drug test, with most legitimate drug test niacin will not help.
