I'm guessing that you are not ready for Liverpool FC Ladies (http://www.lfcladies.net/).

The good old FA lists some Liverpool clubs with female teams. I have no idea how accurate/useful the information is, but here are three (the webpage has more, though a lot are clearly based in the Wirral):

If all else fails there's always the local council. Liverpool City Council's Recreation Services Department claims that it can "help you if you are looking to join a local football team...".
