How to view my pictures to mail?

After clicking on MY PICTURES I'm still unable to view all of them which are in the p c, why?

they may be in another folder. if you have adobe photo try using it to locate all photos and put in a single album. the software is a free download from adobe website. go to adobe.com and click on downloads.
