I don't drink soda or alcohol, but I do drink tea and iced coffee drinks. I drink these beverages w/ nonfat milk, and if it's tea I generally don't use sugar, no whipped cream on either, but there is still the issue of caffeine. These drinks I have found out contain an average amount of calories, no nutrients, but very little fat and little to no cholesterol, so what should I be concerned with health-wise? How bad is caffeine?
