Your parents can force you to go to church. That is their responsibility before God.... to show you the way, until you are old enough to decide for yourself that you do... or do not... believe, or want to go to church.
Being a Christian means believing in Jesus as the Saviour, and you are the only one who can control that.
But God will be working on you. He wants you to discover that He is there for you. Things may go wrong all the time, if you stray from what you were taught; that will be God trying to reach you!
"Be still before the LORD; wait for God." ~Psalm 37:7

There's suppose to be freedom of religion here in the US. If they're trying to force their religious beliefs on you, that's wrong. My parents didn't try to force me, but they didn't give me any opportunity to do other wise. I hated going to church with them and the first chance I go when I became an adult is flip church off my list of places to go. Mos to the people in those places (including the pastors, priest and stuff) are big-time hypocritical self-righteous sinners. Screw 'em all.
Sorry, I get a little carried away when I hear about people trying to force their beliefs on others.

nobody can force you into thinking or believing anything. you can be kind and listen patiently to what others say and, if you dont want to take on board what they have to offer, accept that it is their belief and that they are entitled to hold that belief. whilst you are a minor you will have to abide by the rules of the family household and if that means you have to attend church with the family then you do that, with grace and patience. when you leave the family home you can then do as you wish.

No. No one can force you to be anything. You have a right to be in what ever religion you want to be in. Or if you don't want to be in one, that's also your choice. However, while you are living at home with your parent's, they can make you go to church with them. But once you move out on your own, you can stop doing church activities. I hope that answered your question. Good luck.

Christianity is a belief ..
" NO ONE "can tell you what to beleive
They can drag you to the church
they can have you cofirmed as a christian
but unless you are prepared to take christ into your heart and accept that his teachings are true ..They are just blowing into a gail
Be a good person and live a long happy and good life what more could any god expect of you .
Love your parents respect their religious beliefs it their right to worship god as it should be yours to not .

no they can't force their beliefs on you because you have your own mind. but, if you are living with them under their roof then you need to respect their way of life and you may have to do some things that you don't want to do but that is all a part of growing up. when you venture out on your own then you can live your life how you want to. you will continue to hear what they want you to do but you will always have the last say, you know, once you're living on your own! good luck and take care

No, because you have your own life. Parents should be there to support the choice that you want. As long as it's not going to have bad affect to other people. All that matter is you have faith in God.

You family may be able to force you to attend church, but the spiritual commitment that you make is yours and yours alone. No one can force that. That's what free will is all about.

Of course not christianity is a matter of faith
If you donot believe you are not a christian. It is impossible no matter how much they try to make you believe. However if you are still a minor they can make you co to church and attempt to make you uplive their values and rules
