How are watermelons grown without the seeds inside them?

Seedless watermelons DO have seeds in them but they are immature seeds, small, white and soft. They're just called, 'seedless'.

I suppose they found a freak one & then used that to kick start them off
I won't buy them myself
I don't know if there is anything wrong with them
it's just me
I like the old fashion one full of annoying seeds that I have to spit out!!
probably because water melons are part of my nice childhood memories of xmas

the do have seeds they are just very small

They do contain seeds.....very few and smaller.
