If bush were to just take over mexico, and make it america... I mean, they all want to live here anyway, so this would solve immigration. And then all of the companies that went down to mexico could print "made in USA" on their stuff again.

My ex mother in law used to work for the American Conciliate(sp) in Mexico, she said that they have tons of diseases over there that we've never even heard of. They all don't keep up with vaccinations like they do in the states. The last thing we need is to have major outbreaks of unheard-of or heard of diseases. Another thing is, you think there is a drug problem now, open up the borders where they can just bring it over freely, we may as well give up trying to keep any type of order. I don't know about where you live, but where I live, pick up the paper any day of the week,
there are gazillions of Hispanic names under the"police" section! No one has a problem with people wanting or deserving a better life, but with that right, also comes the responsibility of paying your taxes,supporting your family, (paying your own damn bills) and living on the right side of the law! Someone needs to start thinking of our children's and children's, children's future! This country is not a free-for-all, and I for I, do not believe that, that is what our founding fathers had in mind! Not to mention, that with the right to come to OUR country, you should show some respect for bearing that right!!!!! If you come to OUR country with claims of wanting a better life, you should appreciate it. Ignorant people like you, is what makes people become prejudice!!!

You are right. American has been stupid & now all that is starting to come to an end. Americans have become lazy & perhaps if we no longer had a society of people willing to work for cheap wages & cash under the table, them we would once again get off our as*es & start to clean things up again. We have been exploiting your people for too long & now it's time to stop. Your country now has enough money & power to help it's own people. Mexico is doomed without her people. Vincente Fox & the other leaders who turned their backs on the people of Mexico by ignoring the borders is at fault & America must take this step in order to get Mexico back to the people & the people back to Mexico. Stop running & go home before you have no home to go to. Save what little families you have left in Mexico. Yes, we got our freedom, but we lost our heritage & our families will never know where they came from because our ancestors died with the knowledge & we are left in America with no ancestral ties & we don't even know how to correctly spell the names of the families who came here on the ships because they lied to cover up the truth of who they were. I wish I could go to Mexico again because there is PRIDE in the streets & love in the hearts of the Mexican people who are in Mexico. There is an effort underway to unite Canada, the US and Messico. We need to secure the borders NOW! It all comes down to tax dollars. Schools and fire departments need tax money to operate. Illegals do not pay taxes. Illegals do not pay their ambulence bills or hospital bills. Therefore those of us that do pay taxes have to pay their share.

We subsidize education and services for poor people because even if poor people pay all of their taxes they just can't pay enough to pay for education for their children and other services. We agree to do this for our poor and for the number we let in legally, but aren't willing or able to pay for all the poor who want to come here.

Our schools and hospitals and other services are failing our own people in areas where illegals concentrate. Their better life is at the expense of our children's future.
