Do you mean that Christians can only be forgiven by other Christians and Christians condemn all other people in general?
Our purpose in Christ is not to condemn, but show a better way, LOVE. Even Christ himself said that He did not come to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. John 3:17
Everyone, brothers and sisters in the Lord as well as unbelievers should know us by our love. Our lives are supposed to be characterized by love, "We love because He loved us. If anyone says"I love God" yet hates his brother, he is a liar. For anyone who does not love his brother whom he has seen, cannot love God whom he has not seen. And He has given us this command: Whoever loves God must also love his brother." 1 John 4:19-21

Other christians can't forgive me, only God can. No offense to other christians, but like my daughter use to say to her brother all the time, "you're not the boss of me'. We also can't condemn anyone else. Jesus was given the job of judge because He can judge the heart, none of us can do that, though many of like like to pretend we're judges.
