Being honest, the shampoo will actually help clean the area. Most shampoos contain bacteria killing agents. However, you should assure the lobes are dry afterwards.

Washing your hair, face, or ears isn't going to effect your peircing. Just make sure you clean out your peircing as often as you were told by the person who peirced it. And make sure you use the right kind of anti-bacterial cleaner for the peirced site. Another good thing to do, but hurts the first few days is make sure you keep moving the ear peircing earring. roll it around in your ear and juggle it so the blood doesn't make your skin stick to the earring post. This will help the clotting process and lessen your chance of infection. And above all, do not remove teh earring for at least 6-8 weeks. Your new hole will close and/or it'll hurt like leck trying to shove that thing back through...

You shouldn't have to wait long, I washed my hair immediately afterwards. Just be sure to put more antiseptic on it after the shower.

I wasn't aware that you have to wait at all. I can't remember how long it was after my piercing before I did, but it should be safe.

you can wash your hair anytime at u get it u just need to clean it with the stuff they gave u,
