i'm currently struggling with many digestive problems that have caused me to lose weight over the past year. up until this past week i have not tried to gain weight, but considering how low my weight is i've been giving it a try. a week ago i was 78, now i'm 81 and i can't stand it! i feel ick, i'm retaining water like mad, bloated, and i want to lose the weight i've gained. any advice to ease my mind? i was hard set on gaining and being okay with it, but i'm not anymore and want to lose it.

Honey,Honey, no you should be at least 105, you are not fat,you are doing great gaining you have to love you at every weight! You have to look in the mirror and say you are the only you you have and you have to love her!! Or nobody else can because you don't. Big Huuuuuug to you and have your favorite sweet and enjoy it and smile while you eat it. You only do this life once! ENJOY IT

you are severly underweight. It is not healthy to be that small. Eat a healthy ballanced diet..you will gain weight, and it may feel wrong for a little while until your body gets used to it. Beleive me just take better care of yourself and you;ll feel great after a few months

you are going to seriously damage both your health and image if you dont gain some healthy weight soon.

seriously, 81lbs is not healthy or attractive. dont just eat junk to put weight on. you need to eat healthy, and get regular exercise.

I think you need to get some help it sounds like to me you are having signs of bilemia and feeling fat when your not even though you may not be throwing up your food???
