my task bar automatically hides although the autohide option is unchecked?

my address and menu bar also shrank up

please help

another option is, after you've unchecked the autohide option, restart your computer.. sometimes, if you make major changes like that, and the puter freezes and then you have to restart, it basically undoes the changes you made..

I bet you have an HP computer. Anyway, right-click on the taskbar ans select lock taskbar.

run a spyware removal program such as adaware or spybot search and destroy

also do a virus scan
