We do!
You just don't see it because its not "entertaining" to watch moderate Muslims go against terrorism.

Its more entertaining to see misguided Muslims talk violence or misinformed liberal "Muslims" bash Islam.

Go read articles, go to the conventions, go open your eyes.
WE DENOUNCE TERRORISM EVERYDAY!
Its a bigger issue for us than you because its distorting our religion.

Osama Bin Laden's biggest enemy isn't the US, but Islam!
People who distort Islam will pay the highest price!

You ask a legitimate question. If you were to interview the average muslim - that's 90% of the population - you'd hear them all say that they are against terrorism and against the killing of innocent lives. However, the reason you don't hear them speak, or their leaders speak, is because the media in the United States is very biased and will only show one side of the story. We no longer live in a world where journalists are neutral and are there to get information to the general public. They serve an agenda, and what we are seeing now, and have been seeing for the last several years, is an agenda being carried out in the name of a war against terror.

The Muslim and Arab leaders are really scared from getting killed by those Muslims who support terrorism. Many of them can not express their feeling in the war of terror and even have the guts to say it to their Muslims. This is just totally wrong. A true Muslim leader would try everything he/she can for the good of their country and others. Today's Muslim and Arab leaders are all greedy, mean and lazy when it comes to very frightening situations. As a Muslim, If I ever have the chance to be a leader of any nation I would risk my life into supporting them and trying the best I can to put its name way up in the stars.

It is there, but have you really watched any Muslim Leader on TV?
On media they only show what can make them more money. Yes my friend, all the TV Channels are doing business. They just don't want to show something that can clear all this mess. They are making good money with all this stuff.

Check all the regular Muslim Websites, and see what they are teaching to a regular Muslim. Obviously that's not a show. That's reality. Muslim Ulmas teach whatever there is in The Holy Quran. And The Holy Quran is very much against killing innocent. But you are not going to see or hear this stuff on channels. Check this by yourself.

Their are a number of people who are promoting all this mess, because there are always people who are benefitted with acts of wars and terrorisms, including Politicians, Business men in the media and the ones selling guns, arms, etc, and who knows whom.

Mostly people believe what they see or hear on the media. But there is always an other side of picture. You must try to find what is there. It's difficult but not impossible.

Salam. Terrorism is through some distance between the most ugly acts a human can inflict on mankind. no matter if or not that's through bombs, guns, planes, heck even words. international leaders do take a stand on going antagonistic to terrorism, and an invaluable deal of them do each and every thing they could to maintain human beings secure. some governments might want to be corrupted and do issues for the greatness of money and wealth, yet though have a element of decency to guard civilians.

You don't watch the right programs then, there are many Muslim Leaders that denounce the terror aspect of Islam. But I will say that the average Man in the Street is very poorly represented and we tend to see only moderates or extremists who jump up and down shouting "Death to America" The average Ali does not get a look in because his views are not sensational enough.

What leaders? In Islam there are no leaders, only knowledgeable people, but that doesn't make them a leader. If I was famous I would go on TV and say the killing of innocent civilians is unacceptable. On the flip side where are the leaders of other faiths opposing the crimes against Muslims?

Because the only people that ever get interviewed about this on TV are one eyed clerics with hooks, akin to (as Omid Djalili put it) interviewing the Grand Dragon of the Ku Klux Klan as the "moderate voice of the Christian West". It makes good telly.

I read the comments on aljazeera.com and most of the muslims on there openly condem America and support the 'terrorists'. Every time George Bush opens his mouth he might as well be looking in the mirror. He wants muslims to condem violence but uses violence against them. Makes sense eh!

Muslims for all the fine talk, are only out to see that there so called religion comes out on top with or without violence. The Muslims behaviour is one of incitement wanting everyone to pander to their obscure ways will inevitably bring a backlash.
