I am not sure but I suspect he is using the acronym of the Christian Peace Team(s) that were an attempt to make peace in places like Palestine, Gaza and the West Bank as well as some places in Africa. The initiative was a dismal failure. The CPT might be Ironic enough to mean this. But I don't know. I hope he answers your question himself. I have been curious too!

depends on the context, online it could be used as an abbreviation for capitals ie you need to use CPT to fill in a form or whatever. or on a bank statement it could mean cashpoint withdrawal.
