Just go to your local DMV. If you know the license Number this will help. Bring some proof of address with you. If you have a paaport that will be great. Just explain that you lost the license and you need a replacement.

Good Luck

Surely you know your name and date of birth and the state you had a license in. Go to the DMV with that information and they should be able to help you.

The only way for you to have driver's license again is to go to the DMV, report it that it was lost. I think the only information you need to submit is your name, birthday, address but make sure you have to go to DMV office where you get your license. From your given information they can find your DMV record.

Girl I just went through that same situation.I had my expired driver's license and I just went to DMC and requested a duplicate copy. They did it right then and there and gave me a temporary drivers license just in case.Or if you want to be technical and need a social security card then that will take a while.
