I'm making oatmeal cookies and we don't have any milk.

Just replace with water. Milk has no function other than creaminess. and moisture. Admittedly your cookies wont be as creamy but they will work out.

You could use some mayonaaise and a bit of water. I know it sounds wierd, but it will make them extra moist. If recipe calls for 1 cup milk, use 1/2 mayo and 1/2 water.

I think you could use apple juice or some other kind of fruit juice. I've seen recipes for cakes and cookies where juice is used instead of a dairy product like milk.

Carnation milk 1/2 cup 1/2 water you don't half to use the whole cup but mix 1/2 of each. till you get it mixed like you want it.

1/2 evaporated milk (NOT sweetened condensed), 1/2 water
Powdered milk
Yogurt
Water

Yogurt, sour cream, whipped cream, mayo, and evaporated canned milk. You just need to thin these out with water. Good luck!

U can , 2 teaspoons of yogurt of ur choice it works every time for me !!!

If I were you I would put coffee creamer in place of - if it's powdered - then mix some water in with it.
