im a girl and my stepdad died my step brother asked me to be a paulbearer the thing is i dont want too how do i say nicely that i dont want to be one

I'm sorry to hear that - my sympathies.
You need to talk to your step-brother about this - he may think it's something you would like to do. Tell him that you appreciate being asked and you don't want to offend him but that you really don't want to do it. If he insists then be firm and just say no! I have never heard of a female pallbearer either although I expect there have been some. I sympathise with you - there is no way I could do that - even if I were physically capable, which I doubt I would be. Tell him that traditionally it's a mans duty, with good reason, but be kind - after all he's lost his dad too.

I've never heard of female pallbearers.
