Dunno about Latino ones, but there are plenty of Chinese Muslims, and contrary to what that other person said in their answer, not all Chinese Muslims are ethnic minorities. There is a HUGE group of people known as "Hui" in China who's only difference from Han Chinese is that they believe in Islam. The most famous Chinese Muslim from history is named "Zheng He", and led China's most extensive maritime exploration during the Ming Dynasty. Several expiditions went as far as Africa and Australia, and old wreckage of Chinese vessels have been discovered on the coasts of both continents. If you are interested in Zheng He, you should read a book called "1421". It's availible through Amazon.com. Hope this helps!

Chinese muslims? There ARE muslims in China, particularly in the Western province of Xin Jiang, but they are typically not ethnic Chinese (Han), but more usually Turco Mongolic people like the Uyghurs.

Muslim latinos, I don't know about, nor about any famous ones in either category.

There are muslins in Chine in its west provinces

There are lots of muslins in Latin America, many arabs emmigrated to Latin America. Ecuador had a muslin president: Jamil Mahuad (1998-2000). The ex-president of Argentina Carlos Menen (1990-2000) was born as muslin but converted to catholicism.
