I wake up an hour early to workout but end up doing light house work instead.
How can I motivate myself to working out, when I already know I have to do it for better health?
loosing the extra 10lbs I'm carrying wouldn't hurt either.
Also I know I need to eat more "fresh foods" how to make myself and curve my anxieties. All good tips greatly appreciated

Getting up extra early sucks. What you should do is stretch in the morning and really wake up your muscles for the day. You can do body weight exercises around lunch time (Hindu Squats, Pushups, Bridging). The three best exercises ever. In the evening go for a 20 minute walk away from your home, then turn around and go back. You will easily lose that extra 10 lbs. Don't take anything away from yourself, like cutting out this and that, you will pay for it later. Drink more water and don't drink a ton all in one sitting, drink constanlty throughout the day.

I find that starting buy doing a good stretching routine makes getting into cardio work outs a lot easier. After cardio, I then have the adrenaline to start a work out program. I generally end with another stretch and call it a day. I was one that never stretched before a workout until I realized it got me going when I did not want to get going. Good luck.

You can motivate by telling yourself exercise will improve both your appearance and longevity.

In the Beginning God created heavens and earth.
God gives you air to breathe and sunshine to enjoy.
God gives you water to drink and food to eat.
God gives you a wonderful body and sound mind, to live.
God loves you, and you are precious to Him.
Son of God died on the Cross to save us from condemnation.
Jesus’ love is boundless and everlasting.
We have the hope of Heaven through Jesus.
Life therefore has fantastic and glorious future!

hi there, regarding motivation for your workout. Try playing your favorite music records. it will motivate you to start working-out. choose music that has a fast beat ( not slow music). it will also keep you going for longer. choose songs that will inspire you. it works for me and it keeps me going for longer even when I'm tired. Good Luck hope it works for.
