If you are a Christian/Muslim scholar you will realize we are closer to Christianity because it has been said in the Qur'an.
By traditions we are closer to Judaism.

The religion of judaism is closer to Islam than Christianity will ever be. Jews understand the concept of one God and the point of the ten commandments and other rules, as do Muslims. I would feel much more comfortable around a religious non-zionist jew than a christian.

"Muslim" does not refer to ethnicity, so there is no "cousin" relationship to be mentioned. You seem to be referring to Arabs (descendants of Ismail) and Jews (descendants of Isaac) as being cousins, which is irrelevant because the Arabs are only an ethnic group, in which one finds Muslims and non-Muslims. Arabs are a minority in the worldwide Muslim community.
Muslims are closest to devout Christians, as is explained in the Holy Quran:
"...nearest among them in love to the believers wilt thou find those who say, "We are Christians": because amongst these are men devoted to learning and men who have renounced the world, and they are not arrogant" (5:82).

Muslims believe that Jesus was a prophet, thus putting them close to Christians. Jews are descended from Isaac, Muslims from Ishmael, who were half-brothers (both sons of Abraham).

Not true!! we actually say Jews are closer to us. christians dont worship ONE God, they worship Jesus christ. but Jews and Muslims worship God the one that created Jesus.
jews are our cousins there's no doubt, Arab Jews are from the blood line of isaac and Arab Muslims are from the blood line of Ishamael both Abraham's sons.

Muslims believe that Jews are their number one enemy and the Christians are backing the Jews so the Christians are also enemies of Muslims.

Whatever they say, Muslims and Christians are not close at all. They blaspheme our Lord. If there is one sure way to not be my friend, that would be it.
As for the Jews being their cousins....Wow, in my family we don't either a) kill each other or b) outwardly wish each other dead. I have heard with my own ears that last one.
