I don't know much about the Da Vinci Code, and a friend of mine mentioned it was about Jesus' decendents and the holy grail. Does the book mention who these decendents are and what's the story with the holy grail?

Here's a follow up question, do you believe in god or another realm? Have you ever had strange unexplainable things happen that make you believe and what were they?

The name of the alleged descendants is a historical line of French kings known as the Merovingians. The holy grail, much like the story of Jesus, is a myth with no credible evidence to demonstrate it ever existed historically.

the grail according to the book is supposedly the bloodline from Jesus and Mary Magdalene
it does not mention anything about who those descendants may be
it is a fictional piece of work that has a few facts thrown in here and there
it is up to the reader what they believe

The holy grail was actually a womb according to the book. Read the book, it's very good and reads very quickly.

yes, that's what the book is about. The descendents are mentioned IN THE BOOK, because keep in mind that this is a story in a book, fiction not reality ( until further notice)

There is a site called http://www.sacred-texts.com/
here you can find almost anything. I read the Gospel of Mary aka Mary Magdalen on it. And the Gospels of the apostles that where not put in the Bible. In this you will find that Mary was Jesus wife. So it seems right that he had children. So go see for your self.

The Book is a work of fiction/drama. People are "dropping their
pants" for nothing.
Da Vinci himself, was gay. And like many gays, angry at the
"establishment" for condemning him.
I think that anger comes out in his paintings, and thoughts. If you know what to look for.

This book is blasphemy. People say it is only fiction but to put fiction above what Scripture tells us is to make fiction your God. I feel so sorry for the slander that has been aimed towards our dear Lord. I am sorry Jesus and I love you.
