My friend did weight watchers, she says almost everyone will lose 3-5 pounds in the first week, men will lose more quickly than women. After a couple months you might hit a plateau and have a real hard time losing more, but it should start back up again. All of this is assuming you are following the program, and I think the most important part is eating all of the required servings of fruits and vegetables and drinking the water. This is a long term loss program, it takes a while, but it lasts you don't really tend to gain it back. Good luck.

I tried it...twice...I didn't have a lot of weight to lose so it was harder for me (if you do the point system, less weight to lose = fewer available points to eat)...I wanted to try LA Weightloss because it seemed like a better program for what I needed, but I couldn't afford it at the time...I've had more success w/ my husband's formula of eat less/exercise more. Of course, because of medical issues he had to use his own formula & that's helped me more than anything...if your husband/boyfriend/family or whatever will get on the same program you are, it's a lot easier!! And back to your original question, I lost the most weight in the first week, after that it was a lot harder....GOOD LUCK!

I didn't really see results until probably three weeks in. You do loose some weight in the first week, but it's mostly water weight because they have you drinking so much of it lol! After the third week, I really noticed a difference. I felt it then.

if you re cooking food in the microwave chances are you re eating unhealthy packaged foods if you must microwave consider soy chicken patties veggie burgers or steamer vegetables and brown rice
