It gives both of you a breather. You shouldn't be around anyone all the time. When you come back to each other you'll be refreshed.

do not listen to the first person that answer your question. he has the same answer for everyone.
now back to your question. It is good to give room/space for each other to hang with friends and work. All relationship will have that time. Now the question is rather are you apart if it is because of an arguement or work. If it is an arguement then you two need to set things straight yourself. if it is work, then no big problem

It absolutely helps the relationship. Why? Because you or your partner will either realise you mean everything to each other, and this will pull you together.
On the other hand you or your partner may realise there is nothing in the relationship, in which you will in the long run be better off without it.
I think it can be beneficial because you realise how you feel without them, which can affirm any commitments you may make in the future.

occasionally being apart for some time can be good but not all the time because the lonliness can lead elsewhere with someone else. But yes once in a while is healthy it makes you want the person more when you do see them both sexually and intimately.

Yes that can be true because the space let you both relized how much you should be together, and plus space can help build up turst and it's not good to be on each other back about what they done that dayand what they was doing and calling every five minutes or whatever, but to much space is not good.

I think that! people need to breath, to have some time apart. You cant be close to the same person for too long of a time or you get tired of them.

Love is the answer to everything. All you ever need is love,
communication and understanding. That's what I figured out so
far. If you are down, you need to get up and start doing something with
your life. Don't need to be shy, be straight forward and allways say what
you want and expect from the others.

Time spent apart makes you realize how much you miss the person and the more time you spend apart the more you realize what exactly you have missed about the person.

it depends on why you are apart for a week. yes it could be helpfull and sometimes useless so it all depends on a matter or the reason as to why you are apart for a week or few days.

I think that it is good for the relationship. It gives both ppl time to think. Sometimes I realize that I miss little things that he does that I didn't even notice before. Stuff like that. Plus it give both ppl time to themselves, I think that ppl need that.
