When you bring it home from the grocery store, wrap it up in paper towels and then put it inside a zip lock back. Keeps fresh much longer.

You can moisten a paper towel and wrap the cilantro in that, then put inside plastic baggie. It will keep about a week or two. You can also dry it in a slow oven if you won't be using all of it.

Chop it up and put it into a freezer bag and freeze it. Whenever you need to use it you can just take some out and add it to your recipe. No thawing needed. The aroma and flavor will be as fresh as the day you bought it.

If you are not using the whole bunch, chop and place in ice cube trays, pour water over and freeze. Then you can pop them out and put in a plastic bag, and put in the freezer. Just thaw out, or drop in heated dishes.

Put it in a glass of water, cover lightly with small plastic bag. Put in refrigerator. Make sure you replace water when it gets low. You can do this with parsley and basil too.
