Organic or not, it has to be a fertilized egg, and it must not have been refrigerated.
It would be a lot of work. The egg has to be put into an incubator and it must be regularly turned. You wouldn't get any sleep.
Leave it to the experts: the chickens.

No because eggs sold for consumption at the grocery stores are not fertilized.I don't buy eggs because I have my own chickens who lays eggs for me to eat and hatch.I will never buy eggs because the hens that lay them are going thru absolute torture. The hens in those farm factories are in little cages their whole life. They are never even able to go outdoors. My chickens are free range so the can go outside and feel the sun on their feathers and lay eggs where they want to.

Nope. These eggs are produced by unfertile hens. I was going to get into the sad lifes of egg hens but I wont.

No. Eggs sold for consumption are unfertilized. Of course, that didn`t stop me from trying when I was a little kid!

You won't get fertilized eggs in a grocery store unless they are "free range" or labeled "fertilized, so the answer is "no".

No becasue they have been kept cold. If you get one from a chicken and it doesn't have a chance to get cold you can hatch it.
