I recently had a workout regime drawn up especially for me by my personal trainer, I've been doing it for the last couple of weeks but now I think I'm losing my motivation, I've fallen off workouts and diets before but I really would like to stick to this one since I paid so much money for it, I heard about Hypnosis and I was wondering if anyone had been or is it possible to be hypnotized while you exercise?

Hi! Yes, hypnosis can help you to stay motivated to not only stick to exercise, but also to a healthy eating plan. But the hypnosis product (or session) needs to be focused on that, rather than general issues. I've seen great results myself, and have heard of many other people experiencing results. The source I've provided below shows the recent research about hypnosis, as well as links to experiences that other people have had.
But as others have said, you would not be in hypnosis while you are exercising...you would listen to a CD/tape (or go to a session) at another time, and you would start to notice the changes in your stick-tuitiveness right away.
Peace and health to you!

I have worked as a hypo therapist and I would never think of trying to hypnotize someone during exercise.
But I would use motivational vocal suggestion. In other words, I would stand by you and talk to you and try to mot motivate you while you exercise. The way I would use hypnotist would be to hypnotize you before a exercise session and then motivate you to exercise more and "stick with the plan". But you would really want to do what is suggested, since I could not make you do something that you found distasteful.
While it is possible to use a form of hypnotics in a public assembly such as crowd, and might work in an exercise class with several participants. But it wouldn't be what you looking for.

Forget about hypnosis. The trick is finding something that you like to do. Hiking, bicycling, walking
