This guy I work with keeps asking me out even though I told him I'm not interested. He stares at me at work and keeps asking me out. He's kinda creeping me out. I don't want to be rude to him because he's one of my really good friend's best friends.

Who cares! Tell him to F***Off
Be rude, because that is the only way to get that guy of your back, apparently he is not accepting NO for an answer!

if he makes u incomfertable and he won't stop even after u've confronted this u may have to ask ur friend what his deal is and explain he is seriously creeping u out...she will understand and help. U may have to tell a boss also that he is creepin u out at work and ask if there is somthn that can make it possible for u or him to be elsewhere . U shouldnt have to feel creped out at work, it's isn't right.

If he is truly a good friend, he would stop asking you out when you've told him that you are not interested. I have found that people do not always get the hints, so sometimes you just have to be bluntly rude and tell him straight up.

Go talk to your boss, tell him this guy is harassing you at the work place.

It's called sexual harassment in the work place, if you tell the boss this, he will call the guy in and tell him to stop or be fired and or possibly be brought up on charges if he continues. Make sure you put your complaint in writing and give a copy to the boss.

If nothing gets done, you can file a complaint with EEOC.

If he creeps you out and cant' take a blunt "no," then you may want to go talk to you HR department. If you don't have one at your job, then talk to your supervisor. If those options seem a little drastic, pretend that you've been dating someone (by being on the phone and talking in his presence). Or, actually do go out with someone else.

Sorry, in this case you may have to get a little rude. Try this. "Excuse me but if you keep asking me out I will file for sexual harassment." "I really was trying to give you a nice no, but now you are starting to get on my nerves." If he does not get the hint then, well you need to let your boss know immediately.

You really should report him for sexual harassment, because that's what it is. You don't have to suffer at work through it, and you should stand up for yourself, and not directly to him, because that will probably just get you fired for causing conflict in the workplace. File the formal complaint each and every time he does something.

Read your employers sexual harassment policy and ask him if he has read it, this should give you some ideas. If you don't want to hurt his feelings then you should really ask yourself why do I put a creeps feelings before my own. And as far as worrying about what your friends will think, they will either understand you or F#@& them!! they don't sign your paycheck sweetie.

Tell him that your father frowns on your dating and he is out on parole for assaulting your last date.

Or talk to your friend and see if the friend can't get him focused elsewhere since he is creeping you out.
