Levenger is an excellent catalog/website for fountain pens, among other things. I've bought several from them. They offer everything from an inexpensive $35 dip pen on up to a $3,000 pen. Most are in the range of $50 - $100. Watch for nib width, composition and flexibility. Be sure to check what kind of ink the pen takes (cartridge size).

they have them in banks/ post offices attached to those beaded chains - if you give then a good tug they will come free, just put it in your pocket and walk out pretending you forgot why you ever went in.
