The whole book I can't say all the verses we would be all day. But the book or chapters i love are the ones about when Jesus was on earth and he taught the people how they should be. That is what changed me i used to be a nasty mean person. A bible study changed me I do not have my bible with me right now but my favorite verse is Draw close to God and he will draw close to you. and it is true. also one that say's the bible is benifical for all things. When you read it you have to meditate on what you read. Not just read it and forget it. Really think about it and what it means.

The Bible is the inspired word of God and as such each and every word is there for a reason and should direct our lives in one way or another.

Matt. 7:1-27; 25:1-46 This chastened me on my judgement of people and I realised that I am in no place to judge anyone but to be as Christ as much as I can, ever growing in his spirit.

Acts 17:22-29 This strengthened my witness for our Lord Jesus Christ when I realised that arguing religion is a bad witness. Here Paul shows us the best example of Apologetics as he doesn't accuse any one's belief as false but uses their belief to bring them to Christ. This has taught me also to complement people of other faiths when they make insightful observations.

Acts 19:24-41 Here again, Paul shows us respect for other faiths and it is clear that he dose not call even Goddess worship false, but only warns about Idolatry. Here God inspires even a Pagan town-clerk to come to Paul's aid by stating simple facts. This has taught me to put my faith in the Lord and let his Spirit work in the hearts of men.

Wow, the book of James is the best. But also
One of my favorite verses is "Be anxious for nothing but in all things with prayer and supplication and thanksgiving let your requests be known to God and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus."
That helps me keep my mind focused on Him
