i got a message from this weird guy who likes hilary duff, and it is partially written in some sort of foreign tongue. what is it and what does it mean??

Well, I can't translate it, but it looks like Persian,
maybe Farsi or a dialect of it.
I did find a couple of the words in a Persian-English
dictionary:
madar = mother
gher or gheyr = a prefix meaning "un" or "not".
manam = I am
nisty = you aren't
khanom = a woman
to = you(informal)
Anyone care to follow up here?

Second installment: I searched an online Persian-English
dictionary and found two more words:
jende = whore
bish = much
Sounds like this weirdo was cursing you in Persian!
I think I'd report him for insulting you and calling
you a whore. NO ONE deserves that!!

nanat = nânat = your bread. (Nân = bread, at is
possessive ending for "your".)

Sorry, but I laughed my head off when I read that because he's insulting you with the language you don't know. Even if you knew Farsi a little you couldn't understand what he said because he's used slang a lot. But since you asked about translation, it means:

i think you were very mean to him and as a way of making it up to him, you should have to marry him and have his children. i also answered one of his hillary duff questions and told him the truth. when she is in houston, she shops at my store with her mom, and is rude to the kids that ask for an autograph. ive only seen her there twice but it was true both times. anyway, this is the best answer and you know it, so you may as well end this farce right now. you arent very nice and say mean things to people.

I think he just made up those words, I dont think they mean anything. Judging by his questions he seems to be obsesed with Hillary Duff, who defenetly really really sucks. and no I dont think you were being mean, you should just report him cause he was being mean to you, I mean talking about your mother and stuff (even though it really made no sense)!
