Chicken, there are such an array of things to do with it. Turkey always seems to taste the same no matter how you cook it.

Turkey tends to be dry, so I prefer chicken

Turkey but I love chicken also. I try to have chicken more often to save my appreciation and for turkey at Thanksgiving.

Chicken, hands down. Turkey has a horrid, gamey, taste. Which is weird, as I buy fresh ones--we don't hunt. I make it for T day, but only because the hubby loves it.

turkey for sandwiches and chicken for everything else. chicken is not as dry as turkey plus i only eat wings and breast of the chicken. wings of a turkey are to greasy! i buy deli turkey for sandwiches because it is not as moist as deli chicken!

turkey because the meat is tender than chicken
