haha, oh sweetie thats great...
when i was going through these things, i found that movies worked great for this, or any sitting down activity. just put your hand really close to his, or brush up against it. when he turns his hand a little, go ahead and grab it. he's probably been wanting to do it for a while.
as for kissing...sitting is good again, when you are talking to him, preferably whispering so you have to be really close, face him and lean in, start to close your eyes. he will get the hint and kiss you!

Depends. some guys just aren't good at picking up ques for these kinds of things, let alone at fourteen yrs. old. why dont you jsut peck him on the cheek first and that should break the ice.
