EVER SEEN WHAT A NUCLEAR DEVICE CAN DO??

We should be afraid of ANY country testing nuclear devise. The largest nuclear test done was Russia and so big, everyone including Russia agreed to no more tests. That was ages ago. Nuclear technology has come a long way since then. We should be afraid.

Because North Korea is unpredictable. Same with Iran. We can't trust them to not use them, or not give them to others.
North Korea especially issues very contradictory statements all the time. One day they might issue a very reasonable statement like "We wish to work with the international community to reassure them of our peaceful nuclear intentions." And then everyone breathes a sigh of relief. And then the next day they say stuff like "Anyone who interferes with us will die in a nuclear firestorm."
If they had leadership that gave a consistently responsible and non-agressionary (is that a word?) message, it wouldn't be any big deal.

Kim Jong-il is just insane enough to use a nuclear weapon to try to spread communism. A nuclear weapon isn't a laughing matter. The lives of millions are doomed if the commie descides to attack the West

it threatens the us economically through direct threat to the south korean and japanese economies
the north could wreck us economic interests and so the us economy and world economy with a war involving the south and japan. neither japan or south korea has nukes. the norths nukes are a massive destabilizing force for investment etc..

Why science is afraid of nuke test from the side of nk? It should not happen like that. rememba zat amerika has tens of thousands of such weapons and other countries r not worried about it. Why r u too much worry about nk nuke?

C'mon.. if the U.S. has the right to own Nukes, so does N.K. and Iran. America likes to act like a 'World Police'.

I'm not - I think Kimmie is way cool and just wants a few more toys with which to play. Just 'cause his fun and games drives his neighbors crazy and requires the starvation of 80% of his people is no reason to disrespect the man.
I think any boy with a hairdo and clothes like Kimmies is just too cool for words - Kimmie is my boy!

Well I guess it all has to do with a giant nuke wiping out masses of our civilizations..Outside of that I can't think of any other reason.
