Where have you been? It already rained in most of state & it's gonna rain again in the next couple of days. I doesn't get cold when it rains. It just gets wet.

I moved to vegas 2 montha ago and its raining here now,how I miss California/L.A.Harbor..but if I remember right the rainy season there starts closer to spring,and you'll notice it will start getting colder around mid november(you could feel and smell it in the air then)
