Try Aleve instead of Motrin. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia after three years of full-body pain, and the only real pain relief I've found is from 800 mg. of Aleve and a 1000-mg. flaxseed oil capsule every night at bedtime, plus I take a homeopathic herb called Arnica as needed for flareups. Try Aleve and check out the link below for homeopathic information, and see if that takes care of your pain. If the pain persists, could you see a doctor on the military base? At least the military doctors would be easier for you to communicate with. Please let us know how you find relief.

If you best took one paracetamol that might no longer aid a extreme headache. You might quite ought to take 2 at a time. You look to be sneezing plenty and I was once considering if you're getting a bloodless. If you're all blocked up then that might account for a way you're feeling. If it's no larger within the morning after sleep then you're going to neeed to visit the doctors and get whatever for it. Meanwhile you might check out putting a bloodless rainy face flannel throughout your brow . I have observed that to be very soothing. Hope it is going away quickly.

try getting a massage.

This sounds like it could just be stress related. Are you sleeping? Are you eating a healthy diet? are you gaining weight? all of those things can start to make your body uncomfortable.

But for a real answer, you are going to have to suck it up and see a doc.
